Role OverviewWorks directly with Production and Quality Assurance to design efficient tooling to maximize load density while meeting all customer specifications and quality requirements. Continually review existing jobs to improve efficiencies of racking and develop tools to assist in making jobs more efficient and improve quality.
What You Will Do
Build and adjust Racks and tooling to maximize load density and efficiency. Develop hand tools for rackers and unrackers to improve efficiency and quality. Perform some machining operations such as drilling, Milling, reaming, tapping, grinding, cutting, etc.

Must exhibit communication skills to work with various departments and work directly with applicable vendors. Must be able to work in a team atmosphere and have strong mechanical aptitude.
Requirements
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
