Role Overview

The Toolroom Supervisor will be responsible for directing and coordinating tooling maintenance and repairs and staff to ensure production objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with customer delivery and quality requirements.

What You Will Do

Lead the toolroom to complete planned and unplanned maintenance requests in a timely manner, communicate to production and planning partners the status of tools in repair, and maintain quality and safety by establishing and enforcing standards.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a business or technical field
  • 5 years of experience working in a tool room environment
  • Ability to consistently achieve short and long-term business results
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
