Job Description
We are looking for a Tools Consultant L1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in JIRA, MRD, Splunk, and Dynatrace, as well as soft skills in communication, learning, and adaptability.

Requirements

  • Understanding of performance and availability for services, applications, and infrastructure components
  • Context to why an application is experiencing a problem
  • Ability to open, update, manage, and close JIRA tickets
  • Knowledge of MRD, RTO, UCAL designations, RISE deliverables, risk vulnerabilities, CVEs
  • Ability to facilitate the installation of Splunk software on hosts
  • Understanding of search syntax, constructing and running searches, creating dashboards, and explaining search results
  • Ability to learn how Splunk ingests from Containers and search that data
  • Knowledge of Dynatrace, Host groups, Management zones, Dashboards, Metric events, alerting
  • Ability to monitor containers, understand bare metal vs App Host, maintenance windows, and containers usage in the organization
  • Soft skills such as strong work ethic, communication, learning, and adaptability
