Role OverviewJoin the Tort, Transportation and Specialized Litigation practice group at Butler Snow LLP's Richmond, Virginia office. This role focuses on defending tort and personal injury claims, insurance coverage litigation, and general civil litigation defense in Virginia courts.
What You Will Do
Work on litigation teams, confer with clients, work up cases, participate in trial preparation, take depositions, prepare motions, and prepare coverage opinions and reports.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor
- At least 3 years of litigation experience (including trial experience) at a law firm
- Active membership in good standing with the Virginia State Bar
- Admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia
