This is a hybrid position based in Ogden, Utah. Candidates must be able to work onsite in our Ogden office a minimum of 4 days per week, with occasional travel to our Salt Lake City office as needed. What You Will Do

As a Total Rewards Analyst, you'll develop analytics and insights that support compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and talent strategies. You'll support compensation analysis, market pricing, pay equity reviews, benefits program evaluation, and rewards program effectiveness. You'll also analyze workforce trends, including turnover, retention, hiring, promotions, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, workforce reporting, HRIS, HR operations, compensation, finance, or related analytical roles
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
  • Knowledge of HR metrics, practices, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data analysis
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data appropriately
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
