The Total Rewards Analyst supports the company's Total Rewards strategy by managing leave programs, benefits administration, compensation activities, data audits, and rewards program oversight.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leave regulations.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort working with HRIS systems, benefits platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical ability and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with an employee-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
