Job Description
Home of the Innocents seeks a Total Rewards & Leave Manager to lead the administration of benefits, leave, and workers’ compensation programs. The role ensures compliance, strengthens vendor partnerships, and delivers an exceptional total rewards experience.

Requirements

  • Five to seven (5-7) years of human resources experience
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and federal/state employment laws
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Ceridian Dayforce), benefits systems, and Microsoft Office 365 tools
  • Professional HR or benefits credentials (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, CEBS) preferred
