Job Description
Terrific hybrid Total Rewards Manager position with a highly respected social services nonprofit in NYC. The role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies related to benefits, compensation, and HRIS functions.

Requirements

  • Manage HR functions related to compensation and benefit administration and serve as the subject matter expert
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with any relevant laws, regulations, procedures, and policies
  • Create and implement effective strategies for benefits open enrollment
  • Manage leaves and accommodations for employees
  • Develop compensation guidelines that are consistent and complete market studies
  • Manage relationships with vendors
  • Inform leadership of industry trends and regulatory issues related to benefits and compensation
  • Oversee and manage a team of two
