Role OverviewThe Total Rewards Specialist supports the day-to-day administration of the company's total rewards programs, with a focus on health & welfare benefits, retirement plans, and employee wellness initiatives. This role also provides administrative support to the Leaves of Absence, Workers' Compensation and HRIS functions.

Responsibilities include benefits administration, retirement plan support, wellness program support, administrative support for Leaves of Absence and Workers' Compensation, and data, compliance, and reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years in benefits, HR operations, or total rewards support.
- Working knowledge of health & welfare benefits, 401(k) plans, and basic compliance (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA).
- Experience with HRIS/benefits platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG/UltiPro, ADP).
- Strong Excel and data reconciliation skills; comfort with audit checklists and file validations.
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex topics into employee-friendly guidance.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organization; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
