Role OverviewThe Total Rewards Specialist serves as a dedicated resource for team members by providing guidance, education, and support related to benefits and Total Rewards programs. This role helps team members understand benefit options, access available resources, and resolve benefit-related concerns by partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Provides education and guidance to help team members understand, enroll in, and utilize available benefits, responds to inquiries, delivers proactive outreach and education, and supports new hire onboarding and annual enrollment activities.

Requirements
