Requirements

  • Associate degree in human resources or three years of benefits administration experience
  • Three (3) years’ experience in benefits and human resources
  • Experience administrating employee benefit plans in the health and welfare areas
  • Experience overseeing, leading, developing, and expanding wellness programs
  • Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements
