Sikich is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to manage the group benefits programs. Requirements
Associate degree in human resources or three years of benefits administration experience
Three (3) years’ experience in benefits and human resources
Experience administrating employee benefit plans in the health and welfare areas
Experience overseeing, leading, developing, and expanding wellness programs
Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements
