Job Description
As a Tour Desk Agent, you'll be the friendly face that sets the tone for an unforgettable guest experience! In this front-facing role, you'll welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, review any pre-arranged incentives, and ensure they're fully prepared for their upcoming resort tour.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (college coursework in hospitality a plus)
  • 1+ year in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support preferred
  • Friendly, professional communication and guest service skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and handling phones/inquiries
  • Problem-solver with a positive, team-focused attitude
