Role OverviewAs a Tower Crew Foreman, you will lead deployment teams, guide daily safety, technical execution, and client satisfaction. You will oversee and assist with the rigging, hoisting, and mounting of heavy microwave dishes, and lead the pathing process to align dishes precisely with far-end sites.
What You Will Do
Conduct line sweeps, PIM testing, and use specialized test gear to verify link integrity. Capture and compile flawless closeout packages for the Project Manager.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of active tower climbing experience
- Valid Competent Climber/Tower Rescue certification and OSHA 30
- Deep understanding of RF math, line sweep testing, microwave path alignment procedures, and waveguide connectors/termination
- Knowledge of Aviat systems is required
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is mandatory (DOT medical card or CDL is a strong plus)
