Role OverviewThe Tower Lead will drive revenue generation by leveraging mainframe automation and message automation to enhance operational efficiencies and deliver on tower level EE & EN revenue targets. They will ensure timely closure of all escalations and crises in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) by implementing robust automation processes and crisis management strategies.
What You Will Do
The Tower Lead will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and supporting z/OS IMS product. They will also validate operational reports and uphold operational hygiene by utilizing mainframe automation tools, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
