Role OverviewThe Tower Lead - Mainframe Automation Tools will drive revenue generation by leveraging mainframe automation and message automation to enhance operational efficiencies and deliver on tower level EE & EN revenue targets. This role will ensure timely closure of all escalations and crises in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, and supporting z/OS IMS product, driving revenue generation, and ensuring timely closure of escalations and crises.

The ideal candidate will have technical skills in operating systems, products and tools, IMS application programming, languages, and networking protocols. Additional skills include SMPE experience and z/OS dump analysis/IPCS.
Requirements
- Operating Systems: IBM MVS z/OS Mainframe
- Products and Tools: IMS/TM, IMS/DB, BMC IMS tools, IMS DB Physical Design, and IMS MSC
- IMS Application programming (Cobol and/or PL/1)
- Languages: z/OS MVS Assembler, PL/1, COBOL, and JCL
- Networking protocols: TCP/IP, FTP, VTAM
- SMPE Experience
- z/OS dump analysis/IPCS
