This part-time role is responsible for opening and closing the store, managing the cash register, assisting customers, and managing sales. The ideal candidate will have one year of retail experience, enthusiasm for being an impactful and innovative leader, and a passion for customer service.

What You Will Do

The main duties include greeting every customer on entry, executing the Five Steps to a Sale, offering current promotions, operating the Point of Sale system accurately, and providing comprehensive service.

Requirements

• One year of retail experience
• Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leader
• Self-motivated, passionate about the work you put out, lead with optimism and a solution-oriented mindset
• High integrity, accountability, reliability, and responsible individual who is open to feedback
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft office
• Able to perform basic math functions
• Flexible and strives in fast paced environment
• Attention to detail
