Role Overview

The TPD Programs Coordinator coordinates and supports external projects while leading a variety of division-specific programs and initiatives. This position requires extensive contact with departmental staff, governmental organizations, and private entities. The coordinator will establish their own work plan and priorities to meet set objectives.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of this position include representing the Department, participating in interagency groups, conducting program or project analyses, developing and recommending solutions/methods to increase productivity/efficiency, and providing training or technical support and assistance in program or project areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Admin, Communications or related discipline
  • 4 years of experience in business analysis, program or project admin or related experience
  • Valid driver's license
