Job Description
The Administrative Assistant II (Assistant Office Manager) position is a journey-level administrative support role that performs routine tasks, provides customer service, and assists with purchasing, budgeting, and personnel management. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of administrative experience, and a valid state driver's license. Preferred qualifications include two years of experience, customer service skills, and knowledge of cash management and retail sales practices.

Requirements

  • Responds to basic inquiries involving routine administrative rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Tracks concession budget and coordinates purchasing.
  • Maintains inventory and supports retail operations.
  • Provides customer service and assists frontline staff.
  • Responds to and resolves visitor issues.
  • Supports marketing, merchandising, and store presentation.
