Job Description
The Administrative Assistant II (Assistant Office Manager) position is a journey-level administrative support role that performs routine tasks, provides customer service, and assists with purchasing, budgeting, and personnel management. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of administrative experience, and a valid state driver's license. Preferred qualifications include two years of experience, customer service skills, and knowledge of cash management and retail sales practices.
Requirements
Responds to basic inquiries involving routine administrative rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Tracks concession budget and coordinates purchasing.
Maintains inventory and supports retail operations.
Provides customer service and assists frontline staff.
Responds to and resolves visitor issues.
Supports marketing, merchandising, and store presentation.
