Job Description
The Budget Analyst IV position performs advanced budget preparation and analysis work, including salary and operational budgets, capital budget, and position control, under direct supervision of the Coastal Fisheries Budget/Contract Manager.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Three years of progressively responsible government experience with purchasing, budget management and analysis; contract development and management processes and procedures.
  • Experience with the Centralized Accounting & Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS).
  • Certified Texas Contract Developer Course.
  • Certified Contract Manager.
