Job Description
This position performs highly complex human resources management work to include administering human resources management programs related to volunteer recruitment, retention, recognition, promotion, and agency program oversight.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Four years of experience administering complex volunteer management and/or recruitment initiatives.
  • Three years of program or policy administration, to include budget oversight, establishing program goals and objectives; and/or developing program guidelines, procedures, policies, rules and regulations.
