Job Description
Performs routine fish and wildlife conservation work, including habitat management, infrastructure maintenance, and research at the Chaparral Wildlife Management Area. Assists with public hunting and other public use programs, and provides wildlife management information to hunters and the public.

Requirements

  • Graduation from High School or GED
  • No experience required for Tier 1, 1 season of experience with TPWD Wildlife Division for Tier 2, and 2 seasons of experience with TPWD Wildlife Division for Tier 3
  • Valid State driver's license
  • Licensure: Must possess or be able to obtain, within 30 days of employment
