Job Description
Faircroft is a rapidly-growing Property Development and Rental Property Management company with extensive work underway throughout the area primarily just West of Houston. We are seeking a motivated and versatile Landscape Laborer to join our Land Development & Property Management Team. This role requires a hands-on individual comfortable with both operating heavy equipment and performing a wide range of landscaping, irrigation, and field support tasks.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (English skills are not required)
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work outdoors under varying environmental conditions, including hot, cold, and rainy weather, and in noisy conditions
  • Ability to operate machinery and to walk and stand for extended periods each day
