Role OverviewAs a Foreman, you'll take charge of the daily activities of the Maintenance-of-Way (MoW) crew, ensuring track infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards of safety and reliability. This leadership role combines hands-on oversight with planning and problem-solving to keep rail operations running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Direct and manage MoW crews in maintenance and repair projects, coordinate with other teams, enforce compliance with safety procedures, and monitor and support maintenance costs.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Past experience working outdoors is preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus or willingness to obtain if required
- RWP and EIC certification is a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
