Role OverviewThe Track Lead will be responsible for demonstrating hands-on expertise in the CyberArk suite of tools, including Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Central Policy Manager. The role will also involve operating and maintaining the CyberArk system, ensuring its continuous functionality and adherence to service level requirements.
What You Will Do
The Track Lead will perform in-depth diagnosis of CyberArk system-related problems, engage with technical support to address issues promptly, and monitor capacity requirements of CyberArk to ensure adequate resources are available to meet system demands.
