Role OverviewThe Track Lead (Support & Operations) will utilize Network Management Systems (NMS) to oversee server health, bandwidth utilization, and application availability. They will identify anomalies, document incidents, assess severity, and initiate first-level troubleshooting. The Track Lead will participate in major incident and priority outage bridges, including operational calls and status-focused management calls for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents.
What You Will Do
The Track Lead will utilize NMS to oversee server health, bandwidth utilization, and application availability. They will identify anomalies, document incidents, assess severity, and initiate first-level troubleshooting. The Track Lead will also participate in major incident and priority outage bridges, and route unresolved, complex network or security issues to Tier 2/3 engineers or external vendors.
