Role OverviewA Track Maintenance Team Member is responsible for maintaining and repairing railroad track and related infrastructure to support safe and efficient rail operations. This hands-on role includes operating tools and equipment, handling materials, and performing routine maintenance in an outdoor work environment.
What You Will Do
Supports daily terminal, vessel, and warehouse operations, operates and maintains equipment for safe transfer of materials, and adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), PPE policies, and all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Maintain regular attendance, dependability, and high performance standards
- Perform tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow all company standards, procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety principles
- Read, write, communicate in English, understand basic math, and apply instructions with good judgment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including day and night shifts, with availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
