Trade Compliance Specialist 4 - Remote

Trade Compliance Specialist 4 will support Insitu's international portfolio of clients by preparing, submitting, and administering export agreements, hardware and marketing licenses, and commodity jurisdiction requests. The role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, evaluating data and tracking metrics, and developing company and external reports. The position will also involve establishing export licensing and compliance programs, monitoring for effectiveness, and adjusting content as needed.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include monitoring all licensing activity for compliance and accuracy, drafting responses to external inquiries and data requests, evaluating data and tracking metrics, establishing export licensing and compliance programs, drafting and managing export license applications, reviewing technical data for proper export classification and compliance, coordinating watch list screening, and managing license administration.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience with drafting and management of U.S. Export authorities (U.S. Department of State, Department of Commerce)
• Knowledge of ITAR and EAR license lifecycle management against U.S. regulatory requirements and license conditions
• Experience researching and evaluating technologies against U.S. Export Regulations (ITAR and EAR) to determine export classification jurisdiction
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
