Role OverviewThe Trade Confirmation Associate is responsible for the end-to-end confirmation and contract administration process for physical commodity trades, ensuring that all transactions are accurately documented, validated, and contractually binding in alignment with internal systems and obligations.
What You Will Do
Drafts, reviews, and dispatches contracts/responses for the purchase and sale of physical Chemicals, Crude Oil, Products, and Renewables, including both waterborne movements and non-marine trades.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies or related fields
- paralegal certification
