Role OverviewThe Trade Finance Unit Manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow for different and sophisticated types of transactions across different units under their supervision. They must comply with set policies and procedures and according to the CBE regulations and international standards.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the Trade Finance Unit Manager include managing transactions, leading and monitoring complex transactions, assisting in submitting BRDs for system enhancements, and ensuring segregation of duties.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its Equivalent
- CDCS/CSDG or equivalent
- Accredited MBA or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in Banking Operations including Trade Finance in a leading organization
- Deep working knowledge of all aspects of Risk, Credit, Legal, Regulatory, and Trade Finance Products
