Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Trade Show & Event Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute industry trade shows, conferences, customer events, and internal corporate experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in events, trade shows, marketing coordination, or similar roles (internships included).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools and graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable with hands-on, physical tasks such as booth setup and packing event materials.
