Role Overview

The Trade Support Associate will work closely with our traders and other departments, providing hands-on support for options traders using our internally developed trading software. The role involves maintaining rigorous oversight of reporting and resolution of real-time trading and technical issues. The ideal candidate will aggressively promote and monitor all methods of real-time communication and customer service to employees at all levels of the company.

What You Will Do

The Trade Support Associate will perform tasks such as verifying trade accuracy, investigating discrepancies, supporting traders with trade allocations, conducting daily P&L and position reconciliations, and escalating production issues. The role also involves partnering with technology teams to troubleshoot trading platform issues and identifying opportunities to automate manual processes.

Requirements

  • College or university degree
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to learn and retain in-depth knowledge of proprietary support tools and trading software
  • Client service experience
  • Well organized, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-driven, but self-aware enough to ask for help early and often
  • Highly flexible, champion of change
  • Relevant certifications/licenses are pluses (or willingness to obtain)
