What You Will Do
Ensure accurate, timely trade capture, partner with global teams, respond to operational queries, monitor corporate actions, and support the implementation of new products.

5+ years of experience supporting an Equity Volatility desk, undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline, strong working knowledge of equity and equity OTC derivatives markets, and advanced Excel proficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting an Equity Volatility desk within a financial services firm
- Undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline, such as finance, economics, or accounting
- Strong working knowledge of equity and equity OTC derivatives markets, including autocalls, variance and volatility products, total return swaps, digitals, and QIS
- Clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with portfolio managers and brokers
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving ability
- Working knowledge of Imagine, Murex, and Kinetix preferred
