Role OverviewIn this position, you will support our customer’s Tradecraft Suite modernization efforts at their Fort Meade, Maryland facility. Tradecraft Suite is the customer web portal for capturing, finding, and sharing analytic tradecraft and resources to include detailed instructions on how to perform an analytic task, lessons learned from previous efforts, quick tips and tricks on how to perform tasks more easily and efficiently.
What You Will Do
Use Tradecraft Suite expertise to support improvement and modernization efforts, champion various assigned projects at cross-enterprise forums, track partner interactions and action items, facilitate meetings/boards, assist mission partners in the development of systems engineering artifacts, and perform systems engineering activities.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering or related field plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience
- Master’s degree or PhD in a qualified engineering or related field plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience
- Expertise with Tradecraft Suite tools, including HUB, GAMBIT and/or BRIGHTIDEAS
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting to complete assigned tasks on schedule
- Flexible/easily adaptable within a dynamic work environment
