What You Will Do
Handle trademark, copyright and advertising matters, including counseling, prosecution and contentious matters. Represent clients in matters before courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Copyright Office and National Advertising Division. Advise clients on intellectual property and related issues.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in trademark law
- Experience with copyright, advertising, licensing, sweepstakes and/or privacy matters is a plus
