Trademark, Copyright, Advertising & Media Associate Attorney (Intellectual Property)

Direct Counsel is seeking an Associate Attorney to join a growing, collaborative firm’s Intellectual Property group, focusing on trademark, copyright, advertising and media matters.

What You Will Do

Handle trademark, copyright and advertising matters, including counseling, prosecution and contentious matters. Represent clients in matters before courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Copyright Office and National Advertising Division. Advise clients on intellectual property and related issues.

Why It Might Be a Fit

2-5 years of experience in trademark law. Experience with copyright, advertising, licensing, sweepstakes and/or privacy matters is a plus. Excellent academic credentials. Strong written and oral communication skills. Collaborative, motivated and client-focused approach.
