Role OverviewThe Flagger is responsible for directing the flow of event traffic to authorized parking spots in a safe and expeditious manner. The role requires maintaining a positive attitude, interacting with guests, and resolving customer requests and complaints. The Flagger must also maintain accurate information about events and control issued equipment.
What You Will Do
Direct motorists to parking areas or spaces, use hand signals or flashlights, keep vehicle and pedestrian traffic moving, resolve customer requests and complaints, and maintain accurate information about events.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ATSSA Flagger Card (Nevada Flagger Card preferred)
- 1 year customer service experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to work flexible shifts/hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and information in English
- Ability to use personal computer and hand-held applications
