Role OverviewJoin Flagger Force as a Traffic Control Flagger to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. What You Will Do
As a Traffic Control Flagger, you will set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones, control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients, and work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle required
- Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements
- Verified through a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Review
- Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon)
- Physical endurance – Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 30-50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
- Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6′′ in height
- Approved two-way radios
