Job Description
Role Overview

A flagger is responsible for safely directing the flow of vehicles around construction sites while helping construction workers and motorists avoid any danger associated with the construction site.

What You Will Do

Setup, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, communicate with other flaggers, use hand signals and direction signs to direct traffic, inform tree crews of traffic issues, and ensure the safety of laborers and their projects.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have traffic control experience, be willing to travel, and work overtime, including extended shifts and weekends.

Requirements

  • Traffic Control Flagger Experience
  • Pass a drug screen prior to employment
  • Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for a minimum of three (3) years
  • Be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Have knowledge of state traffic regulations
  • Be willing to travel
  • Be willing to work overtime
  • Provide your own steel-toe or composite work shoes
