An exciting opportunity to join the City of Bloomington's Engineering Department as our Traffic Engineer! This is a new position for the City and the person in this role
will have an opportunity to help shape the team and community. Some of the projects the person in this position will help guide include a citywide signal retiming project and smart traffic signal system evaluation, the development of a high-frequency east/west crosstown transit route, a major corridor studies, and the implementation of the City’s Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Action Plan.
