Requirements
- Associate's degree
- 5 years of related work experience with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Current valid class 'B' Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Level II Traffic Signal Technician Certificate
- Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)
