Trail Crew Member

The Trail Crew Member is responsible for the construction of new trails and the ongoing maintenance of bicycle trail systems across private and public lands. This role requires executing physical outdoor labor in various conditions while operating hand tools and powered equipment safely and efficiently.

What You Will Do

Build new trails, maintain existing bicycle trail systems, and perform site preparation and maintenance tasks such as tree and brush clearing, drainage installation, excavation, and material hauling.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience in trail construction, land maintenance, landscaping, or physical trades
• Experience operating chainsaws, mini excavators, track loaders, or other heavy machinery
• Mountain biking experience and knowledge of bike trail design/flow
