What You Will Do
As a Train Conductor, you will perform physically demanding tasks, such as walking up to 6 miles a day on uneven ground, climbing, lifting, and pulling heavy objects. You will work unscheduled shifts, including days, evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays, and be responsible for coordinating train movements, observing and interpreting signals, and providing flag protection in emergency situations.
