What You Will Do
As a Conductor, you will work in train or yard service, carry out instructions, coordinate switching, and observe signals. You will also provide flag protection, handle emergency situations, and operate fire extinguishers.

Requirements
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to work unscheduled shifts
- Ability to report to work within a three-hour call window
- Excellent focus, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Must be able to pass required physical job tasks, written examinations, and read safety instructions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or general equivalency
- Valid driver's license
- Valid United States passport, passcard, or enhanced driver's license
