Administer prescribed medications and limited topical treatments to residents under direct supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience as a Med-Tech (preferred)
- Registered or certified as a nursing assistant
- Completion of a state approved training program in medication administration with certificate received
- Effective communicator with staff, families, and outside agencies
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and as delegated by the licensed nurse or registered nurse
