Role OverviewThe Trainer Developer will serve as a Trainer Developer in Hunt Valley, MD, with the potential to support UAS training and flight operations in both CONUS and OCONUS environments, as well as Land and Sea domain products. The primary platform supported will be the ARV system, but other systems and platforms may be included.
What You Will Do
Conduct course development; develop and present formal training courses and materials. Conduct training task analysis. Assure that uniform and efficient training and publications processes are applied on assigned programs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to obtain a medical clearance to support OCONUS travel. Must possess or be able to acquire a secret security clearance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years related experience or with a degree in Unmanned Systems related sciences/curriculum - Or an associate degree with 5+ years related experience - Or High School/equivalent with 7+ years of related experience
- Must currently possess at least one of the following certifications: Airframe and Powerplant Certification, Aerosonde CC, FCC, or MT1 Certificate of Competency, Aerosonde Instructor Certificate of Competency, Army qualified Instructor Operator, NATOPS Instructor or Evaluator, FAA Certified Flight Instructor, or equivalent instructional experience
