Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Training Analyst to work on all aspects of training material development and delivery, including in-person and virtual training courses. The role involves working closely with Plateau team members and government stakeholders. Partial telework may be approved for the right candidate based on the client’s discretion.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include leading preparation of instructor material and required job aids, maintaining a digital training site, conducting quality checks, leading the conversion of traditional learning materials, and mentoring junior training analysts.

The ideal candidate will have four or more years of experience working in a training development and delivery role, with a strong background in using Computer Based Training (CBT) tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Four or more years of experience working in a training development and delivery role for a large organization
- Two or more years of experience developing and delivering training courses for DoW organizations
- Documented experience using Computer Based Training (CBT) tools such as Adobe Captivate
- Documented experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard
- Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance (this requires US Citizenship)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
