The role involves coordinating multi-facility training programs, managing specialized hazard safety rosters, overseeing subcontractor onboarding, and administering high-volume Learning Management System (LMS) data.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a closely related technical field
- 3+ years of direct experience driving training operations and regulatory compliance
- Experience working within high-consequence or highly regulated environments, such as Department of Energy (DOE) facilities, or complex industrial/remediation sites
- Proven experience with enterprise-level Learning Management Systems (LMS) and advanced administrative software tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., spreadsheet modeling, deficiency tracking, data analysis) and high-volume data entry experience
