Role OverviewDelivers learning and organizational development interventions to effectively on-board, train, coach, and measure performance of staff in meeting established organizational goals. Work is focused on developing and delivering systems, workflow and technology training to employees and physicians who use the Electronic Health Record system.
What You Will Do
Designs and delivers role and skill-based training to a wide range of audiences, develops and maintains training materials, and measures and reports on training and system analytics.
