Job Description
ResCare Community Living provides quality services that empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently. We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to develop and maintain course curriculum, design training aids, and deliver instruction using multiple modalities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • One year of related experience preferred
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required by state
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills to manage relationships
  • Self-motivated and collaborative; a team player
