Training and Revision Specialist

As a Part Time Lead Retail Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing merchandisers, coordinating revisions, and managing a team in a specified geographical area. This role is part-time, averaging 20 hours per week, with potential increases around holidays.

What You Will Do

You will partner with the Field Manager to identify training needs, communicate with merchandisers, train on duties such as servicing orders and inventory management, and build relationships with store personnel.

Requirements

• Ability to train on duties including but not limited to, servicing an order, and inventory management and organizational activities.
• Ability to build strong relationships with store personnel while promoting our brand.
• Knowledge of all fixture types across different accounts and ability to build fixtures as needed.
• Understanding of planograms, cabinet diagrams, and other revision specific materials.
